Mitsubishi WS-55511 convergence problem?
No,need to diagnose.It a 100% convergence problems.Convergence problems very easy diagnose.The picture look like 3D,colors lines don't lines up.Fuzzy,out of focus.Convergence controls don't work to lines up any colors cross.The tech is cheating u if he said cost $125 to diagnose.If u know how to solders u could fix this convergence problems about $100.U can buy a convergence kit at Websites Tv repair World.com,Tvrepairkits.com.The shop everythings fix parts and labors only $300.
I would like to thank you for you time and this should help very much. I have a friend who is very into electronics and said this helps narrow the problem right down and we should be able to fix it without any troubles right at home instead of calling someone or taking somewhere. Thanks again.
This is the second time, we are having problems with blurred images from taped DVR recordings. Comcast came out on Sat. to give us a new box, however, it started up again yesterday. Is there something wrong with the cable or is it my tv, as it is almost 7 years old? Model # WS-55907

Mitsubishi 55 inch rear projection has double images left and right but the middle of the screen in clear. I have advanced convergence which shows the blue lines are straight but the red lines are curve left and right of center. The convergence controller fails to re-align the red lines. The set is about 5 years old and had a beautiful HD picture before this problem.
Ay ideas on how to get the red gun to re-align?
