to get the PUK code for your phone, call the customer care they will provide you the code.

PUK code exist if you got 10x incorrect passcodes, this means that it works withe SIM, if you will use another handset compatible SIM card, you will be able to use the phone again but if you really want to enter the PUK code, you can check it from the box of your phone or call your service provider for they have the copy of that PUK code in their database.

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

Try entering the codes 1234 or 12345. You have about 3 tries before the phone will lock. If you lock yourself out of your phone with too many password failed attempts, remove the batter over night and replace the next day.

If this does not help you can contact your cell provider and they should be able to remotely unlock the phone.
