Hello i have a samsung gt-s5230 and its showing this message above Phone Freeze SIM unavailable. Contact you service provider. What can i do?? this is the IMEI: 357530/03/196699/2

    no no i already changed 3 diffenert sim card and still have the same message

    i need a phone unlock code i already found some while searching the web but they werent good for my phone

    no my sim cards is fine

    i tried a lot of different sims but no luck. i tried to contact samsung but no help on mobilephones.

    its the phone that got locked but its not locked on any network or something, my client just entered some kind of wrong pin number several times and it locked

Hello,

It looks like your SIM card has developed an error.
It has probably collected some dust or it is physically damaged.

To solve this problem, remove your SIM card and clean it with a dry clean cloth. Make sure the cloth you are using is smooth, and dry.
After you have cleaned it, insert your SIM card back into the phone.

If this does not solve your problem, then your SIM card must be physically damaged. You might have to go to your Network Service Provider customer center and they will replace your SIM card.

You should not worry about your phone because it has no errors, the problem is with your SIM card.

    What network is your phone locked to?
    You can contact Samsung Mobile and they will help you with the unlock code if you explain to then your problem and provide them with the necessary information they need.

    It is a security mechanism that the phone automatically activates, when
    a wrong phone security code is entered five times into the phone.

    Then phone assumes that it has been stolen and this security mechanism will be activated by the phone.



    The only way to solve this problem is to take it to a phone service center and they will have it unlocked for you.

If your phone displays the 'phone freeze deactivation fail' then your phone has gotten hard-locked; it will not accept any unlock codes. This problem can only be caused by improper unlocking. Basically this happens if you or someone else has already entered 5 wrong unlock codes on your phone.
You can get the unfreeze code, NCK code and SPCK code from third party. After unfreeze your phone, you have to enter the NCK code to unlock and use it with any gsm network in the world. i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website

Samsung SGH-A707 - Phone Freeze, sim unavailable (at&T)


Your best bet would be to take it to a local mobile store to unfreeze it. You should've got it unlocked while in the US by calling AT&T and you could have done it for free. Sorry.
