Question about Linksys A+G WRT55AG Wireless Router
I have two issues:
1. The wireless router will fail intermittently in the transmit mode on G but my VoIP connection (vonage) plugged into one of the routers ports works.
2. Vonage device loses connection intermittently...I pull the power cord, wait 30 seconds and plug power cord back in...Looking at the wireless router WRT55AG as the Vonage Device (Cisco ATA 186) is booting up it causes the WRT55AG to continuously reboot until I unplug the Vonage Device Power or unplug the ether net cable to the router..Both the WRT55AG and the Cisco ATA 186 have been flashed with current firmware versions in the past month which was thought to cure the problem but it continues...Vonage Support pointing fingers at the Wireless Router as the problem.....Frustrating on both issues...Anyone have a similar problem or fix...
You might want to see if it is a cordless phone if it is interfering with the router? If they are at the same frequencies they can interfere with each causing each other not to work.. I have had that happen to my Linksys phone and Router
