Question about Washing Machines
An F24 error code indicates a temperature sensor error. It means that you temp sensor (Thermistor) is reading out of the temp range of 23 deg F or above 217 deg F. You can check the sensor by removing the bottom access panel of the washer and you will see it located almost directly in the center towards the top. You will need a volt/ohm meter to check resistance. Pull the wires off the thermistor and it should read approx 10K ohms at room temp. According to factory specs if the resistance varies by +/- 30% then it is a bad thermistor.
If the thermistor tests ok It could be a bad control board reading improper resistance from the sensor.
Also check to make sure you are getting hot and cold water into the unit.
It would probably be advisable to call a certified tech out for this problem if you check the thermistor and it ohms out ok. Because this error could also be caused by a fault in your wiring.
Hope this helps _MJ_

is a water temperature sensor error. You have to unplug the washer and check
the water temperature sensor and its connections, if that is fine then check
the resistance of the heating element and the part that is bad should be
replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further
