First make sure battery cell works fine.
Then make sure driver are istalled for desktop logitech MK300.
If still not work then uninstall usb drivers and desktop logitech MK300 driver trhen reinstall again.
You can uninstall drivers from device manager.
For that right click on my computer icon then click on property then hardware->device manager.
Then you can see all drivers list.
uninstall all usb drivers from there.
Then it automatic install drivers.
Also uninstall desktop logitech MK300 then reinstall from below link.
Click on above link then sleect your operating system then download driver.
