Question about Asrock P4I45GV P4/845GV/FSB533/A&V&L/Modem/MATX Motherboard (MOTASR20)
Well I think it's caused by a dusty RAM memory or defective memory causing a parity error in the first 64 kb of that RAM.
Take it/them out & clean with a student eraser or light alcohol. If prob persists pls replace RAM
