Question about Dell 1710 Laser Printer
When you pull out the paper tray, there is a "T" bar with 2 rubber rollers on it that turn to push the paper forward in the tray and up the edge into the feed slot and to the drum. These rubber wheels get dirty or smooth and no longer are strong enough to push the paper forward and up. So, remove the paper tray, remove the 2 rubber wheels (they pull off the plastic "T" pretty easily) turn them inside out, wash them with soap and water (you will notice them get more rubbery after you rinse them off) and the re-install them. Now your paper will feed!

Hello sir; It depend on where the paper got jam, if jam at the point when paper take off, then you have clean up paper pick up roller or replace it, if jam inside the machine then have to clean up paper feed roller, if jam at the end, check the paper exit senser, make sure it moving freely.
