As far as I know, there is no such code to increase you phone volume. Codes are only use to Unlock Your Phone and to do a Masrter Reset. Codes can be generated via your phone unique IMEI code.

Increase external speaker volume

when the speaker phone is on, try pushing the up arrow, unless you have the button on the side, But I think it is the up arrow while talking.
Also go into regular menu settings, go to sound settings, speaker volume and headset volumes should both be turned all the way up.

I can barely hear people speak.

To adjust the volume on the Nokia 2600 simply have someone call you and use the "arrow keys" to the left and right of the "menu" key. The volume will show as a line bar, the center of this bar is adequate for most people. When you hang up, the setting will remain.

Problem 2600

Are you able to select tones and adjust ring volume? If you have already tried this, your phone needs to go to to the repair shop and get a replacement ringer. Its not very expensive and is easily available with all repair shops. Good Luck
