Use this link, i used it to get my URC-3220 to work on my cable box and my JVC TV, but you can find codes for other TV's/Cable boxes on there too.

for urc 3200
make sure the device you want to control is on (like tv) then press that funtion on the remote. Then hold the set button until it blinks twice then enter your code (ex. 0053 0r 1710). And the light should flash twice. Press the power button to see if it works.
