Counterfeit Windows 7? Are you serious? You just posted that to over 100,000 people. Buy the regular version of Windows and live with the price. Don't be a thief.

How many GB or TB is your hard drive? I am sure this laptop can take 750GB or less SATA hdd. Probably you received a defective hard drive.

I cont install xp3

first save your data. Then boot from a bootable floppy or CD that has 2 additional files on it. FDISK and Format.
Run FDISK first and follow the prompts.
Then run Format.
Then use your XP3 installation disk.
It should work.

How do I change my computer back to Vista from Windows7?

If there is a recovery partition you may be able to load it back to 'factory' settings, look for a prompt when booting, it will be F2, F8, F11, or F12
it will say recovery on it.
The likelyhood is though they will have formatted the drive in which case you will need a Vista CD/DVD and a valid windows Key (stuck to the bottom of your laptop)

Hi please i want to remove the existing windows7 (Formatting and deleting my old files) and install the windows again how can i do that

You can either use the recovery DVDs that came with the laptop to do a fresh install, or you can get a copy of Windows 7 and do an install using those discs. You may need to find some drivers if you use the Windows 7 disc.

Either way, you can do a fresh install (formatting and deleting) with both options.

I have samsung rv 509 i3,500 gb laptop.i tried installing windows7. it gets installed but when the installation is complete,,,it stucks on STARTING WINDOWS...and dont go further beyond this... xp works...

I solved same problem.
Just format the system tools partition 100MB/350MB and then go for clean installation (format of disk 0 and install) 99.99% you problem will clear.

Help im changing my tx2150ee from windows vista to windows 7... can anyone help me how to do it? im new at this

You have 2 ways to upgrade from vista to windows7: 1- instaling windows7 from vista (this need to insert setup dvd of windows7 while windows vista it's running and choose to upgrade to windows, but this you can do only if vista and win7 are both 32 bit or 64 bit, you can't upgrade from 32bit to 64 bit), but i don't recomand this way because all programs installed on vista will remain on hard drive as a folder and you lose some space on hard drive. 2- clean install of your copy of windows 7. For this before you start install widows save all your data from partition C to another partition. After that insert your windows7 setup dvd and restart your computer. When your laptop is starting you will see on screen "press any key to boot from cd", just hit any key to do this. if you can't see this message go to bios and change boot option to boot from cd/dvd. For this restart your laptop and hit F2 or DEL key while restarting depending of what chipset your laptop have (try both) and go to boot and there you have instruction of what key to use to change option at the botom of the screen. Now i give you step by step instructions to install windows7: -after boot you will see a window "Install windows", here you can choose language, time, and keyboard type then click next -in next window click on install now -in next window you have licence agreement, click i accept and then next -from next window choose custom install -then choose from the right side "drive option (advanced)" -choose disk0 partition2 (usually is second option, just watch partition dimension, if you have more of one partition) -then choose format -click ok in next window -then click next -now your install is started -after restart write user name and computer name and clik next -type a password if you need one or leave space empty if not and click next -write your windows7 serial and click next -choose first option for windows updates -choose your time -if your windows installed any network driver in next window choose were you use your laptop -thit's it now you have o fresh copy of windows7 Good luck!

Booting my laptop

Your laptop did not pass the minimum requirement of 1GB of Memory...

Please upgrade your memory to 1GB so you can run Windows 7 on your laptop.
