Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
Try to remove your battery and plugged in only your power adapter. if its turn on its OK.but try also to charge the battery at 100% without using it. I think that it may be your battery which may caused this problem.

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities.
