This motherboard is made by FIC. However, FIC this is an OEM Board made for Compaq, they do not support OEM Boards. Here is a link to their motherboard support page. They probably have a board that is close to that, so you still may be able to assemble it using a similar board type.

I'm not overly familiar with this model...but assuming its a desktop, try this. Open the side panel on the case and try to find the back of the power button. If you can find it, and there are two wires that come directly from the back of said button, follow those two wires to where they connect to the motherboard. If they run into something else or there are more than two wires connecting to said power button, you may be out of luck and need to get a hold of a new button before you can turn it back on.
I take no responsibility for any slips and mistakes you should make doing the following, do so at your own discretion and beware of possible damage to yourself or your computer.
I used to work in a shop, and when ever we'd get a desktop with a bad power button, we'd turn it on by opening the tower, tracing the wires from the power button to the two pins on the motherboard said wires plug into, unplugging said wires, and shorting the two pins on the motherboard together for half a second with a screw driver. Naturally, I'll tell you to be careful doing this. I'm not responsible if you short the wrong pins and a)fry your computer or b) fry yourself.
You need to look in the handbook that cam with your motherboard for a section labeled 'Connectors' or possibly 'Connections'. There will be one USB 2.0 type prong on the motherboard that is designated for case connections [Power LED, mini-speaker, etc.]. The manual for the motherboard will indicate what order and where on the motherboard your connectors should go.
Good luck with your build. :]
Ive done something similar, I took the CMOS battery off the motherboard and put it back in after about a minute to reset the bios. Unplugged the power supply from the motherboard and flipped the power switch on the back of the power supply (on and off a few times) and plugged the power connector back onto the motherboard. I know it sounds like an odd way of fixing this problem but has worked for me.
The Front Panel Audio connection should have a couple of wires to plug in into your MotherBoard. Usually, the connectors are named and all you need to know is the exact location in your MotherBoard. I would suggest you to visit your MotherBoard manufacturer and download the manual for your MoBo. You will find in the manual a diagram of the MotherBoard which shows the location for those wires.
Consult the user manual for the motherboard. It should have a layout diagram showing all connections. Or go online to manufacturer's website and download the user manual there. Also, using a bright light and magnifier you may be able to read the small print on the motherboard by the connectors.
For the power/reset leds..well this diagram is provided with the main board manual..for the cooler controler provided with the case. .connect them to the power suply and after that to the coolers of the case and if you want with the coolers from processorand video board..if it has..ussualy are 4 /6 wires for cooler and one or two for power supply..
