This is a common problem with this model! you need to resolder the fly back transformer and check the three 400ma pico fuses usualy one of the three goes bad. I fixed so many of these and I wish I had a picture to post.
If you call a TV repairman it should not be that expensive to resolder, the FBT and replace the 400ma pico fuse.
This information is for someone that knows electronic.
1000s of volts inside the TV that can kill. Even if you unplug the TV the high voltage can be stored inside the TV for days.
