I have a 2002. If it is the same you have to go into the trunk behind the inside fabric side cover and loosen the bolts that hold the light assembly on. Then the bulb holder should twist and come out to get to the bulb.

Which bulb is the rear blinker on a 2001 LeSabre?

Its the large bulb.
The small bulb is the side marker bulb. The larger bulb (3057 or 3157) is the combo tail-stop-turn signal.
There is also a single filament bulb for the backup light.

Turn Signal Fuse or switch replacement? '93 buick lesabre?

Yes all the wiring needs to be complete. Then all the bulbs must be inserted into sockets. left side marker right side front turn back turn reverse lights brake light everything. Then make sure they all work. The problem could even be a bulb thats on the fritz ready to blow but still on and dim little light. if that's all fine then it's probably your flasher. There are 2 flashers one for turn and one for hazards but I think they are the same but still separate. located under dash on either side of the steering wheel. The flasher closest to the door is up in there pretty far it's size is about like a 2 liter cap and it's silver. good luck

There should be wing nuts on the backside in the rear body panel. You need to take the trim of the rt or left side you also may have to take the sill plate off for access.
