Question about Nokia 1650 Cell Phone
Have the same issue with a Nokia 1650 suddenly deciding to prompt for a Security Code when you turn it on.
Entering 12345 at the Security Code prompt gives 'Code accepted' and I can then use the phone. I'd seen other people suggesting 12345 as the default code, and turns out it's not meant to be a joke after all.
But 'PIN CODE REQUEST' is already set to 'Off' on the Security Settings menu (Menu > Settings > Secuirty Settings) so I don't know why it's asking for a code in the first place.
Unhelpfully, the user guide doesn't even mention PINs or security.
Nokia 1650 User Guide
Nokia have the nerve to say "Read the user guide to see _ALL_ your phone can do" and call it "_THE MOST COMPLETE_ source of information on your Nokia 1650". Ha!

This is because you have set to ask for password when switched on. you can change this by Menu-> settings -> security settings and there set the 'PIN CODE REQUEST' to OFF.
The default security code may be 0000 or 1111
I hope this solves your problem.
