Question about Canon CanoScan D646U Flatbed Scanner
The answer was very simple actually. I just had to remove the cover by pressing the plastic "wings", and found at the bottom of the space thus revealed the two screws I needed to unfasten to remove the top cover and clean the glass.
I found this answer on my own after not having received support from anybody, and that DOES include Canon websites who do not allow you to ask them direct questions. So far for post-sales customer suppor! It really makes you think before buying anything from these peole again....
