Question about Epson Stylus C60 InkJet Printer
Kiryakitsa1 You should download the SSC Service Utility as pineworks says. Read the instructions and warnings. Go to Reset counter protection and press reset. You may recieve a warning about replacing your waste ink pads. I have always reset the protection counter without replacing the waste ink pads and I have never had a problem. If you see ink drainage then you should replace the waste ink pads and then reset the protection counter. I have never had a problem with ink heads and I have done this many times.

with regards to the status of the lights., its either the cartridges that you installed is not recognized by the printer's print head or cartridges are defective.
try these steps:
if all the inks are new take them out and get an eraser and rub the small chip gently so as to clean the contacts of the chip ( don't touch it with your finger ) reinsert the cartridges in the printer and allow it to charge.
