Well in all likelihood it isn't temporarily disable your AV, and try that?

DAMN! Say have a look in the place where the AV program keeps the deleted files... or perhaps they are in the Recycle bin?

I have trojan like which can affect my laptop hack password take out my credit card details.

Have you got an anti-virus program?
If you have did it remove this trojan virus?
If you have not an anti-virus program or the program cannot remove this trojan, then I recommend you format the hard drive and reinstall Windows, the laptop device drivers and your programs.
This is the only sure way to remove such a threat.
Although this is a drastic method, it is better to be sure you do not lose your money to crooks. After installing Windows, install a good quality anti-virus program and keep the virus definition files updated regularly.

New acer 5535 as two trojans do9rf d bancos iyg and i cant remove

Use Malware bytes, run a quick scan and once its finished open up the report file to delete the found files.

Reboot your computer after to remove any files that couldnt be cleaned first time round.

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php

AVG missed quite a few trojan files and strangly enough so do the bigger names like McAffee and Norton.

There is trojan horse virus in my laptop. i ve a symantec norton 2004 antivirus. everytime i update my antivirus, there's some process happening n it comes again unable to hell the virus.... it got...

you need to press F8 while the pc is booting for a startup in safe mode, then when in safe mode select start windows in safe mode, go to my computer, properties>system restore tab and turn off system restore and then run the scan again as these trojans cannot be deleted when the pc is in normal use.

If your antivirus finds them but cannot heal, make a note of the file that has the trojan and then search for the file and delete it manually.

Ensure after the trojans are deleted that you tuirn system restore back on
