Anytime i try to get in it says clear browser or update flash installer why is this happening

Depending on your internet browser - you may need to clear the cache, post back and I can help you with that

This problem can be fixed by editing script code.
I would suggest to un-install the browser.

• Clear all registry entries by using registry cleaner like Reginout
  
• Restart PC
  
• Install the latest version of browser
  
• Update the flash player

You have not specified your Internet browser Name and version.
Sometimes it shows this type error "Upgrade your Flash player" like that.
but you have to use Google Chrome OR Firefox then you must install the Plug in for that.

What you have to do?
> You have to install the flash player by Inbuilt Browser's update so
allow the browser to update them. (whatever browser like chrome,safari,IE8,fire-fox etc,)
After updating all plugins you have to restart your browser. that's it.

Just reboot , clear cookies ( I recommend ccleaner) and if that doesn't work try going throughout the update process and see if that fixes it if not try installing google chrome ( it's another web browser) and it will auto update flash for you :) hope I helped!

You can try these options.
1. Install Flash player or update to the latest version
2. Install java runtime or update to the latest version
3. Reset IE back to default settings
4. Other options, use alternative browsers eg. Firefox, chrome
5. Is your PC/Laptop infected with any Malwares/Spywares, viruses...etc...dangerous objects!!??..

Is it only youtube or any other web site? Any errors. Try to install flash and shockwave from Adobe and maybe some codec with windows media player or quicktime. Sometimes they are required by some pages of youtube.
