I am talking about things cables that plug into the motherboard inside.
The cables have two fit in circular holes inside a a very small rectangle.
Each rectangle has two entrances, there are 3 of them, and a fourth one with just one hole.
The 4 cables comes from the POWER button, and leads from the outside of the CPU to. the motherboard, and each one says: +lead, -lead, power
The model of the motherboard is a MSI 845gv.
¿Where should I conect each one?
    Help please!!!!!!

Are you talking about cables and cords that plug into the back of your computer, on the outside? Or things that plug into the motherboard inside?

You cannot get this wrong.. The power plug is a 24 pin connector and it will only fit in one place on the board. You cannot plug it in wrong as it will only slide in the correct way. The 4 pin connector is the +12volt connector, again, you cannot plug this in wrong either. The power connectors to the drives are also 4 pin but they are a flat plug which again, cannot be plugged in the wrong way around. The data cables are very different. IDE cables are a 40 or 80 pin square connector. Each connector may have a key which fits into a socket on the mating connector so again, it will not go in the wrong way. If it does not have this key, then the red stripe on the cable shows pin one and if you look at the mainboard connector, pin one is usually marked on the board.SATA connectors are profiled, that is they are shaped and will only fit the one way. the power connector is a different size (its bigger) then the data connector so you cannot get these plugs wrong either..

I can not get by daughters compute to hook up to my netgear wireless router. My other computers had no problem in getting connected. We have tried everything and can not get it to take the router

Have you tried going to control panel, network and sharing center.

Once there, make sure all pcs are on the same network, either homgroup or public.

Your daughters needs to be on the same network as the others. Also be sure the firewall is not blocking any connections.

You may also want to reboot the router do this by...
1 shut down all pcs
2 Unplug all cables from router including power.
3 Let router set for a min then plug all cables back in and power up
4 Once you get stedy lights on router restart pcs.

2nd pc was connecting yesterday now it says not connected to main pc. could a virus cause this

Shutdown all your PCs. Unplug the power from the router and the cable modem.
Wait 30 sec. then plug in the power to the cable modem, wait 30 sec. then plug the power to the router. Wait till you have "Internet" light then restart your PCs. The PC should pick up an IP address and you should be able to get on-line.

You do not need 2 routers to connect to the internet infact you need only 1. having 2 conflicts with pcs and causing them not to work.

From the wall you have your cable fro your internet that plugs into your modem, from the modem it plugs into the router by ethernet cable to the uplink slot and then your computers connect to the router. Most routers can connect 4 computers at once. If running them all wirelessly just reboot them and they should connect automatically. If your wiring them plug them into the back by an ethernet cable in the slots 1 for the first PC, 2 for the second so on and so on. You may have to cold boot everything at first meaning shut down all the computers, unplug the router and modem. Then Plug in the modem let it boot up, plug in the router let it boot up then the pcs.

If you need more hook ups if 4 isnt enough yo uneed a switch or access point not another router.

Let me know If this helps and if I can help further.

Basically my on buttong got stuck and when I was trying to get it out the front cover thing came of. Together the wires also came out.On the end of the wires it has...(POW S/W),(POW LED),(HDD LED). Please...

Ha Ha Ha, well your front cover thing is where your power on button and LED lights reside. the POW is your power wire that connects to your power switch you pried out of your front cover thing, or your power switch. Your POW LED is the wire that connects to the light that lets you know your computer is on and running on your front cover thing. and of course the other wire connects to the other LED light on your front cover thing. Good Luck. also, you can change the wires around until you get it right.

Canon PIXMA MP780 - suddenly no power

Mine has the same problem. The only difference is it threw a few errors first (weird stuff like improper cartridge, etc.) and I had to unplug/replug in the power to get it to work. Now, nothing at all. Dead. I really liked this unit too! Always used brand new Canon ink. Any ideas?

Old hub

The hub won't hurt your downloads from the internet. If it is a "hub" and not a "switch", it can affect transfer speeds between your pcs, but the impact probably won't be noticeable on a home network with only two pcs. You do not need to unplug the power to the hub when plugging/unplugging ethernet cables.
