Re: Cant figure out how to get my psp to connect to the...
Okay if you got a psp slim plug them into the headphone jack and the on your tv select that input channel(where you plugged in the av cables to the t.v) then to get the display on the t.v hold the display button next to the music note button. 1 more thing if you didn't get the component cables and just the regular red yellow white ones you won't be able to view games on t.v

The PSP system (model PSP-2001 and PSP-3001) includes a video-out port which allows users toconnect and play the PSP system on an external display or television with AV inputs. It is important to note -- you can
Component AV Cables (model SCPH-98550) The Component AV Cables connectto the Video Out Port on the bottom of the PSP-2001 or PSP-3001 systems and allow you to output video and audio signal to a television display. The AV Cables support photos, videos (including UMD movies), music, and games. Please note for games to output onto an external display, the display must support progressive scan.
Composite AV Cables (model SCPH-98548) The AV Cables connectto the Video Out Port on the bottom of the PSP-2001 or PSP-3001 systems and allow you to output video and audio signal toa television display. The AV Cables support photos, videos (includingUMD movies), and music. However, output of games are only supported by PSP-3001.
did you try to check the video output settings?? or the connected display settings. IF your AV cable really is working in fine condition..then it should read the psp connection,.. or maybe your HDTV doesn't recognize the file system of your AV cable.
