your phone is an android phone correct? you can download google voice and set it to handle your txting other apps will do the same or close to it many dont even use your txts up at the end of the month by sending over the internet. if you cant find something well then first try going into messaging app and press your options button next to the home key under your display and select delete threads yes you will loose all your txt history but you can find an app to back them up to your sd card. also try going into the settings under applications manage apps and maybe delete some of your larger apps to free up space, android needs a minimum of 25 mb to run properly. you can under the same list delete the cash of many apps to free up (less) space. if all else fails go back into settings found in the app drawer and do a factory reset under the privacy settings this will mean your phone will be the same way as the day you got it but dont stress after you log into gmail your phone will start to sync your phone book and now a even your apps if you tell it to in the app store after login. your phone should txt just fine after goodluck
I have the 6600, last week the mobile couldnt work. phone registration failed contact retailer message displays. i have many messages in that mobile. i contacted the retailer, but the retailer told only solution is flashing the mobile. shall i get back my messages in that mobiles please help me
Try calling someone. If that doesnt work and an animated voice pops up do what it says and then you'lll get a txt that'll tell you that you're allowed to txt, call, etc. If this is not the case, call the carrier and ask if the txting is supposed to be working and ask them any other questions you might have.
it will end up costing you about 15 dollars but take it to a repair shop for the provider you use and they should be able to save all your info and flash a new version of the software onto your phone but it won't be free, that's the only way to fix that without buying a new phone.
Try pulling out your memory card if you have one. i had the same problem and come to find out my memory card must have come loose from dropping the phone. It's working fine ever since I took i out and put it back in. Good Luck.
