Reformatting the mp3 player should solve this issue. Whilst it is plugged into your computer, right click on the drive letter associated with the mp3 player and choose Format.

Iriver mickey mplayer got reformat and it doesnt work anymore

Also the problem is solved by this: 1. Format in Fat by windows, don't use any name for the Mplayer 2. Use programe "Hard disk low level format tool" to format your mplayer (link http://hddguru.com/download/software/HDDGURU-Low-Level-Format-Tool/LLFsetup.2.21.1108.exe) 3. You can try updating the firmware for the mp3 player, if available/applicable. You can also try pressing the reset button on it or reformatting it completely.

Player doesnt work cant repair on computer

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Then run the Device Manager.

Connect your mp3 to your computer.

Locate the mp3 player in My Computer.

Right click your mp3 player & select Format.

All files will be deleted when your player is reformatted.

Let me know how you get on.

"invisible" songs

You might have to reformat your MP3 player. First make sure you have a good backup of your songs. Then reformat the memory card or memory on the H116 MP3 player and re-copy the songs back to it.

My ilo tells me to reformat it.!? How do I do that?!

Formatting is pretty easy. Go to a computer, plug it in, then right click and it should have an option to format. Unfortunatly, it will delete any saved information on it. Hope it Works
