Question about Car Audio & Video
The e22 error code is a internal problem with the CD player. The code 22 means the CD motor is not handling the compact disc properly. The only repair is to remove it and have it sent in for repair. What the dealerships do is remove it and send it in to a Delco authorized repair service center. If there is a cd stuck in it the repair center will send the cd back to the dealership or to your address. You have to make sure you let them know there is a cd stuck in it.Another thing they will do is exchange yours for a newly repaired one.It is called an advanced exchange.Cost is about 200 bucks or so depending where you live in the USA.Prices could vary.Hope this helps.Good luck.Let me know if you need more help.
