Thanx for your time but still no joy, all connections are fine and all other speakers are working good which leads to wonder if our little boy has pressed a button on the remote or something, he's into everthing! have read the manual to try and reset the unit to factory settings but this is a little hard as the display doesn't work cause of an extremely hot day we had afew months back, must of cooked the LCD display.
Is there a way to find out the right sequence of buttons to press to activate the reset feature????

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. You’ll need to check the speaker connections, turn the volume up and check that the muting is off. Please also make sure that the speaker cords are not sorted.

Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.

Thanks

    For automatic presetting,
you’ll need to tune to the frequency from where presetting is to be started. Now
press and hold memory. Release the button when the frequency begins to change. The
stations are preset into the channels in ascending order. The last station to
be preset is played when presetting is complete. For manual presetting you’ll
need to preset the station one at a time and press memory. Tune to the required
frequency and again press memory. Now press tuning down or up arrow to select a
channel and press memory again. The station occupying a channel is erased if
another station is preset in that channel. As the LCD display has gone bad it
means that one of the capacitors on power supply board are gone bad and you’ll
    need to replace it.

    Please do
accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further
    assistance.

    Thanks

I was telling you on how to reset it, if still it wont work and as the LCD display has gone bad it means that one of the capacitors on power supply board are gone bad and you’ll need to replace it. Getting it repaired will cost you same as buying a new one...as new ones are available for around $50. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.

    Thanks

Ouku single din no sound from rca cables

Sorry I did not use the video out RCA cables. My audio RCA cables worked fine... I ran them to my JBL amplifier through a conversion adapter. I did not run it direct to the amp.. I used Metra TYTO-01 03-08 Toyota Vehicles Harness for JBL SYS (Ebay item 160560648718) and it worked great.

Here is the wiring color coding that I found online:

Fan Unit Replacement for SA-HT65?

replacement fans are on ebay, you need to measure the fan, how many wires. etc or do a search of the fan number that is on the fan itself. as long as the fan is the same size from fixing hole top left to fixing hole bottom right and the right voltage and wiring it will work as a cooler fan in the device.

I have recently purchased a panasonic sa-ht65 receiver and speaker pack. when i turn the unit on it displays 'overload' and turns itself off. i have let it sit for a couple of hours but still not...

If it has never worked maybe your speaker connections are shorting.

Generally speaking, an amp attempts to protect itself from heat, shorts, overloads and operator exuberance by refusing to turn on or stay on.

Overloads can be from excessive periods of high output or marginally low impedance loading by the speakers; and shorts would be wiring issues or a speaker blowing up.

You should be able to feel if it's hot. WHY is it overheating? Make sure it has sufficient ventilation on all sides and that vent holes are not blocked by dust balls. Ensure the fan (if equipped) is running as designed (some only operate on demand). Clean dust and debris from it.

If the amp comes back on after cooling, you're lucky. They only have so many self-protection cycles in their lives so continuously resetting or cycling their power without addressing the cause can do more harm than good.

If it protects immediately on a cool power up you should disconnect the speaker connections and try it '*****'. If it comes up then diagnose which lead(s) are shorted. If it does not come up the problem is internal and should be left to an experienced and competent hands-on tech.

Installing aftermarket Kenwood stereo on 1991 Subaru Legacy. The subaru stock wiring does not have a red ignition wire. Can i simply connect the kenwood ignition wire to the Accessory +12v (Yellow/red)?...

Hi, according to my source, there should be an accessory wire that is blue with a yellow stripe. If your is yellow/red, that's fine. You actually should prefer an accessory wire to an ignition wire as there may be less static on the accessory wire. Just make sure the wire does not have power when the key is off. Don't use the illumination wires--they are not needed for the aftermarket head unit and should be taped off.

I have a Panasonic SA-HT650 Home Theater system that has stopped working. The panel code is F61

A power source problem. Means there is voltage measured at the output/speaker cable connections. Indicates a failure of the amp., or faulty power supply to it.

Just re-check all of your connections, especially speakers. And that the power ac power source from the wall is wired correctly and has proper voltage and grounding.
