Re: my k610i just white screen
Try tehse steps 1. Switch off and switch it back on , 2.
Switch off and take out battery , when battery is out , press power on
button for 30 secs and then out battery back again and switch on the
mobile. This process is known as releasing flee power. 3. If still does not work, check whether the SIM is properly connected, take out SIM and put it back again and then check. .
f still does not work then contact , the phone manufacturer, phone has to be reset or its not loading up properly and says inactive SIM , u can also contact the people whom u pay for the phone bills and check whether SIM is active or not

Phone may make a small tone and at the bottom of the screen it will read "Network Personalized" or perhaps "Network Already Personalized"
F. Now input the following from whatever screen shows up:

That's it. Your phone is ready to accept SIM cards from just about any GSM mobile telephone service provider in the world.
If you received a "wrong password" message you will need to insert a working SIM and reset the password to the default 8 zeroes "00000000". After that you may try this process again and it should work.
By doing the reset (1st temp) you will lose all your data ie contacts, messages, photos, videos etc etc so back them up on your pc first.
Take out your sim card and follow the instructions below :
1st temp. put this number in the keypad *2767*3855# let it reboot(restart) now its ready for permanent.
Put in a sim card of a network that the phone won't except and follow the instructions below. ( If you can't type anything with a locked sim card inserted just take it out and do the next step without a sim card in the phone)
Don't worry if your screen shows - - - - - - - when typing it is supposed to do this.
AND THEN *#7465625# to check the locks....all locks are inactive...these are all the locks... network lock - inactive subset lock - inactive sp lock - inactive cp lock - inactive sim lock - inactive activa lock - inactive phone lock - inactive auto network - inactive auto subset lock - inactive auto sp lock - inactive auto cp lock - inactive auto sim lock - inactive
This procedure does not change your imei number at all
Remove Your Sim Card, Power The Phone On Press # From The (Insert Sim)
Screen Enter codes WITHOUT spaces. Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w) Press * 2 times fast for (+) Verify
