How do you set clock 2005 f150

Depending on the head unit type ( single CD, 6 Cd in dash changer or Audiophile ) turn the key to the accessory ( or while the truck is running ) press the menu or clock button until select hour appears in the display.

Owners manual starting on page 18 shows this.

If you did not get an owners manual with your truck ( purchased used ), you can download one from Ford :

Ford factory in dash 6 disc changer/radio

I have had the same problem with my Ford CD player, if you unhook the battery and let the entire system reset itself for approximately 10 min. or so and then rehook the battery and the CD that is stuck will either come out automatically or when you push eject. If you have not let the system off the battery long enough it does not work. Trust me I have had to do this more times than I can count.
