Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
This sounds like either a drive belt issue or a drive motor issue, the belt may be slipping, there are guides on youtube on how to change this without voiding your warranty. If that's not the case when the motor becomes worn it has not got the strength to dis-engage its self from the magnet, a way to find out if this is your problem is to turn off your console, lie it flat, turn it on,press eject, then give it a good rap with your knuckles where the center of the disk should be, if your draw ejects try to reload it, if it wont load, give it a rap again in the same place, if this is the problem you will need to open up your console to fix this.
Remember thumbs up if this helps.
