Recommend you replace your unit with a good used machine if you want to save money or buy a new one. Many good used machines are on ebay and some new ones. I have several for sale this week. The auctions end Sunday. One of them is an almost new sunbeam.

My Miele oven has a constant alarm going off every time I try to turn it on, it won't let me set the temperature

Oven keeps beeping:
As there is no reprogramming of most control boards try this, disconnect the power and wait 30 seconds and then reconnecting the power.

If it's an "F1" fault code this generally implies an electronic oven control (EOC) failure. Disconnect the power, wait 30 seconds or longer and then reapply power. If "F1" returns upon power-up, replace the electronic oven control.
The oven control can be accessed and replaced from the rear of the control panel.

NOTE:Disconnect the power cord from the power source before removing the panel from behind the console.
If its an F2 ERROR CODE, The F2 error indicates an open circuit in the oven temperature probe.

Your range has a resettable thermostat in series with the oven temperature probe. If this thermostat opens the clock will display F2 and the oven won't heat.
You can reset the thermostat by pushing in the reset button on top of the thermostat.
Some ovens have an alarm that will beep continuously every six seconds to alert you that the oven is still on. Usually, a kitchen timer that you have set will cause the beeping, but occasionally it can be an error with the oven's settings. If it is the kitchen timer, you can simply push the "Kitchen Timer On/Off" button to end the continuous beeping. If that does not stop the beeping, it is probably beeping due to an error. You can turn the continuous beeping off but you may still need to troubleshoot the issue that is causing the beeping noise.

My fridge keeps beeping where i would reset the temperature. It was used alot yesterday on a very warm day

Hello friend, thank you for your post!

From my understanding your Frigidaire refrigerator is beeping and you have to reset the temperature. You're stating that it was used excessively on a warm day, it could be that the temperature is attempting to stabilize. If the door was opened and closed a lot then your appliance did not have an opportunity to cool down and that is why the temperature alarm needs to be reset. I would allow your appliance to properly get back to a cool setting, it could take 24 hours to properly stabilize.

If your refrigerator continues to beep reach back out I would be happy to provide you more assistance. -Matt

I've owned it for about a year and have not had any trouble. But my Danby Kegerator just started beeping and flashing EE on the display one day and it won't cool. I had to unplug it. Any ideas

An EE error code means that you have loose connections (loose temperature sensor connections) check all the wires for a loose connection
temperature touch pad
the units main control board
the control board is in the back of the unit there is a panel covering in the middle lower back near the compressorInside your unit on the left side in the lower rear theres a vented piece of plastic pry that off thats the temperature sensor make sure all the connections are tight
If the error does not clear then your temperature sensor is faulty
you can get a new sensor at
www.repaiclinic.com.or
or at
www.appliancepartspros.com
hope this helped
Good Luck!

When I plug it in the screen shows EEE, and beeps continually. It is around 65 degrees in the area. Nothing clears it or stops the beeping. It worked great yesterday.

Hi,

The error code E:EE means the breadmaker thinks the temperature is too cool i.e below 59 degrees F or 15 degrees Celsius.
As you say the temperature is actually 65 degrees - then this means that the temperature sensor on the Bread maker has failed and will need to be replaced.

The EEE code and beeping will continue until the failed sensor is replaced and as this is a component failure it cannot be reset unfortunately.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Getting an "EE" and it

Check this against your code, but iff EE is flashing you may have an internal electrical fault that needs to be checked out by a repair person.

Any time the EE is flashing, the servicer should be called. When EE is not flashing, check the reason and correct. Service is not necessary.

There is an EE code. The machine just beeps.

EE
Remove your washer from the power source if you see an "EE" error code, where the first E is missing the top part of the letter. Your washing machine has a serious malfunction, and you must contact a technician.

A bit odd that as error code EE does not exist for washing machines, it's a refrigeration error code. Unless of course part of the display (led) has been damaged and the code isn't displayed properly.

Hope helps.
