Question about HP Computers & Internet
Try doing this. Go back into the device manager and click on the optiarc drive and remove it. Then re-boot the computer. Windows should detect the drive when it reboots and re-install the driver. Hopefully this gets the drive working again. When you go back into the device manager the exclamation mark should not be there. If it is then there might be a problem with the drive itself.
