Question about RIM BlackBerry Curve 8520 Smartphone
I have a blackberry curve 8520 on the Orange network, when i got the phone they said the signal would be excellent but while in the house the signal rarely goes over 2 bars or nothing at all, is there anything i can change on my settings or if i call Orange will they be able to sort something without me having to send the phone into repair if it is internally broken. Thanks for your help
I don't think this is a phone problem.Bad signals is caused by network provider or probably you are in an area where signals is poor. But i don't think its a phone problem. Try leaving your area and go to another area and see if the problem still persists. Then you could see a Blackberry technician.
