5. After the vibration at start-up, plug in the charger.
Now, you will experience a new smoothly working nokia N97.
the phone is failed to start up, recharge the battery fully first , then try to switch it on if it is not working , i think the phone operating system may get damaged better take to service center of nokia nearby told them to update the firmware and also format the phone memory , every thing will come back to normal no need to worry thats all.....
that means that some applications went terribly wrong(and those applications where installed by you). If your phone is still in warranty you can go to an aprooved service and ask them to repair it for you not specifiing if you installed something on it. They will then reinstall your software and if your phone was a locked phone, after taking it to nokia service and geting a reinstall of it's OS ,the phone will become an unlocked phone.
Unfortunatly check info service usually means your phone is moisture damaged.Especially if the screen goes blank.Check if the charger unit has turned slightly green and mouldy looking.Take off the back cover and check the battery does not look warped and also remove the front fascia and check for signs of staining on the keypad. It is not a screen problem if the logos are still appearing .it is an internal problem. If your phone is moisture damaged there is no way of repairing it.Bring it to a mobile repair shop to get it opened up and examined.hope this helps
