Question about Galaxy Radios DX 77HML Base CB Radio
In most cases one of the 16 pins on the channel display has a bad contact, I have the displays in stock and ready to install if you need the work done.

I don't know whether this is an LED or LCD type. Finding an exact match would be difficult except from the manufacturer.
However, do CHECK the soldering of the display and the driver chip.
The segments almost NEVER fail on the LED. Soldering and board cracks and failed driver chips are usually more likely.
On the LCD displays, often they use a rubber strip with little wires to (looks almost like ribbon cable) contact pads on the glass from pads on the circuit driver board... THESE cause a lot of problems and often require a cleaning of contacts and the ends of the wires with isoprophyl alcohol and re-aligning.
