No security code on this radio. try to unplug the power harness to reset the radio. that should take care of the problem

IT WONT EJECT THE CD IT SAYING PUSH RESET I CANT FIND RESET

the reset switch should be a small switch the about the size of a pencil tip or on the subpanel (the part the face locks onto) of the radio. barring that, you can disconnect power to the radio for a few minutes and that should reset it also.

Need to wire JVC model KD-G340 into a 97 Kia Sephia

Do not cut the wires from the car. Instead, call Crutchfield at 888-955-6000 and order the adapter part number 120701003. When you call them, ask for color coding. For JVC, refer to the attached picture. Match the adapter color code with that of JVC. If the adapter color code is the same, then connect ground (black), battery (yellow), and wire from ignition switch (red) securely. Turn on the car and see the radio works. If it works, connect one by one speakers and confirm. Remember, perfect connection gives reliable installation.

Kd-lh910 connect error

I Just Bought A Camaro Z28 With This Receiver/CD Player In It And It's Doing The Same Thing Also., You Would Think Someone Could Give A logical Explanation For This Problem. I Even Tried Hooking It Up Direct To The Battery And Still The Same Thing Happens. I Guess I'll Just Have To Trash It. Looked Like It Would Have Been An Awesome Player If It Would Work Right.

Error 10 message on display screen

Same issue but pressing Power and SEL would not reset unit. Found solution. Once again disconnected the car battery. Removed the face unit from the radio base and then reconnected the battery. Replacing the face unit AFTER the power was re-established solved the issue. (Probably pulling the radio fuse rather than toying with the battery connection would have done the same thing.)
