Question about Canon PIXMA iP1600 Printer
Keep getting messages that printer is off line
Typically printers can be forced offline if there is a paper jam that has not been cleared, a problem with the ink cartridges (Ink Jet Printers), out of paper an uncleared error condition.
You might try turning the printer off, disconnecting the printer to PC cable and then turning the printer back on.
Run some of the stand-alone tests if there are any on board the printer. The turn the printer off and reconnect the cable. Turn the printer back on again and let me know what happens.
