Question about Advent 4211c Notebook
In the bottom right-hand of your main window, there should be a speaker icon, right-click on the icon, go to properties, then settings, make sure wave, cd & aux imputs are turned 3/4 of the way up.
Do make sure the sound card drivers are updated.
If you have check these and they are all good, then you will want to download a codec package like the awesome free k-lite codec package. If codecs aren't correct, then you will have weird or no sounds.
