There is a ? marks present beside the Controller Simple of Comunications PCI. The device is not setting up correctly (Code 1) I reinstall the driver again and I receive this message: It can`t install this hardware.

Have you tried using windows update to search for a driver? Open the driver, then goto update driver and when it asks you the source check the box for windows update. Try that and see if it finds anything.
If it doesn't, you may need to download your specific system board drivers from the manufacturer's website.

if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it you might have to uninstall then restart your computer then reinstall both the sound drivers and the sound card make sure you have both of these devices backed up to a disc before uninstalling a yellow? question mark means you need to install/update driver to do this right click to install driver also click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound,video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers click start control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have the correct settingsthere also click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar if his does not fix the problem
have you tried this control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand,system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable) also you might check the speakers plug/outlet is usually at the back of the computer you will have to open up the computer to check the lead attached to the rear of the input plug make sure the connection is good try cleaning your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure that there is no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the sound card and the CPU central processing unit dust causes static to build up in a computer hope this helps don
You are on the right track! It sounds like you still need to download and install the LAN driver. When you go to THIS website you will see the third file you can download is the LAN Driver - Nvidia Ethernet Driver.
After you install the driver and restart your computer should detect if you are connected to the internet via LAN cable.

To find and install the driver for the simple
Go to Device Manager and click on the pci simple
Go to Properties and then Details. You will see a code like
The VEN code means vendor and the DEV code means device: in the example the
vendor is 8086 and the device is 27D8.
download 50000 pc drivers for xp from torrentz/mininova make sure u have either bitlord or utorrent installed on ure system 1st
when download is done move folder from in downloads to your desktop now open up device manager goto the pci device needing driver should have yellow question mark at it and tell the pc to search your desktop and it should hopefully find it in the folder when done delete folder and make sure your not running utorrent/bitlord as you will be shareing this file with others
Simply go to your computers manufracturers website and download the drivers from their. If you cannot download them on this machine use your friends machine and put them on a flash drive. Then install them on your mahcine from the flash drive.
The reason for these 2 big question marks is that Windows device drivers for the sound card & modem are not installed. If you don't have the drivers for these 2 cards, let me now the make & model, & I can find them for you.

after the re installation u did not install the drivers that is the reson, best way u buy an ethernet card and try to get net connection and down load the drivers from dell.com ,then remove the card ,thats it.
