Question about Dyson DC07 Bagless Upright Cyclonic Vacuum
The belt may seem okay and intact but it can be stretched. If it is stretched then it will not turn the brush when it is on the carpet. Here is the belt you need:

If your brushbar wont turn and the belt is definatley fitted correctly then there is a problem with the brushbar itself.
If the brushbar is old then they can be affected internally by clogging up.
Assuming you have the "Clutch" version of Dyson. This is one that has a spiral brushbar.
There are 2 types of brushbar, 1 for the Clutch Version and 1 for the Non Clutch version.
Either way you will need to replace the brushbar. Please watch the video....
