Question about HP LaserJet 4 plus Printer
More than likely, the print data coming at the printer contains either a PJL Command for legal size paper or a Printer Control Code for legal.
Check the page setup on the application to make sure it is set correctly.
You can also do a "print to file" off of the printer properties page. Name the file something simple like "Legal Error" Windows will assign a ".prn" file extension to the name.
Then send the fie to me at email@example.com. I can verify the error is in the data file and if necessary correct it for you.
