Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Trying to use Micro SD memory card to put music on my phone. I can see the song titles but get an "Invalid File" message when I try to play music.

You probably need to convert the songs to mp3 format to play on your phone. What model phone and what music format are the songs (what are the last 3 letters of the song name, the file extension?)

I bought a 1 gb ipopd but cannot load more than 10

1gb of memory is not a lot when it comes to videos. 1 gigabyte is roughly 1000 megabytes and a movie can take up 850 megabytes! Make the videos are a format it can play and that they're the right size to play on that screen. You can download free video resizers.
