Question about Dell U0636 Mouse
Its loosing its connection off and on, its red lights stays on off .
The first thing to try is to plug it in to another USB port. If the problem persists, you likely have a short in the cable or inside the mouse itself. I work for a large corporation and have thousands of these on site. Every week we replace a dozen or so due to the same issue.
A replacent mouse is relatively inexpensive, so replace it if the problem persists.
