mcdevito75 here, Without seeing the watch NO. Best Bet, visit a small watch repair shop in your area and see about band adjustment, Most likely your missing something on the band you have to use to adjust for your wrist size.
This band is put together with cotter pins. To remove the cotter pins
look at the edge of the band. The end of the pin that comes out is
split and looks like a screw. The end that is solid is the end you want
to push from. Use a small punch to push the pin out. The split end is
the bigger end of the cotter pin so it needs to come out and go back in
the same way it came out. Make sure you remove an even number of links
on each side so the watch sits on the wrist the right way. You also
have a micro adjustment on the clasp. To adjust the clasp simply use a
punch to press the spring bar in the clasp in until it moves. This is a
spring bar so be careful it doesnt jump out if the clasp comes apart.
If it is a metal link band, you can remove a few segments. Segments are connected by split pens. You should see a thinner end and a bigger end; or an arrow on the inside shows where the thinner end should be.
Push the thinner end firmly with a pin or something until the big end pops out the opposite side.Use pliers to remove the pin.

The steps are like this : 1. Pull the crown full, and turn it clockwise until you find the right day. 2.
and then push it one click (dont push it to hard so it back to normal
position) and turn the crown counter clockwise to adjust date. 3. Push the small button near the crown to adjust month.
