I have in my posession , a very old food processor , called the Shortcut - works like a bomb , but problem being that the 'Stalk' for want of a better word, is missing - this is the part thatconnect/ holds the slicer/grater blade in position , and it rotates the blade.
Please Help.

- My gray stalk split on my B & D shortcut (cfp10) years ago. I tried gluing it, but it split apart again. I bought this new and have not used it much, so I guess the plastic just doesn't age well. I've tried to find a replacement part, but there do not seem to be any. Does anyone know where I might be able to get a replacement stalk? Thanks! - b_e_bachmanJul 06, 2008

- same problem - have tried to contact mfg. and also appliance parts companies, with no luck - mine works fine, but is 20 years old. Hate to replace it just for this missing part...- jpuleo3May 30, 2008
