You download Wininternals ERD commander 2007, below is the link

You can use any of the above link. Extract the file using Winrar and burn the ISO images in a CD.
Boot your system using that CD (Set the first boot device as CD-DVD Rom in your BIOS).
You can easily set a new password using the tools called "Lock Smith"
