Coleman Evcon furnace blower runs w/ no call for heat. Temp is 5+ degrees above thermostat setting. (Programmable tstat)

When you say door are you referring to the front door or the furnace door? If the unit kicks on AND off by itself I would say it's in the tstat or the tstat wire. If it were internal I would think the blower relay or heat contactor/relay were getting stuck AND THE FAN WOULD NOT TURN OFF until you flipped the breaker. Good luck

Blower fan continually runs

It may be but the fan control may be set to turn off at to high a temp, or theres a short between ;r; and g at the stat or furnace or sequencer, IF it runs through it. A limit or rollout switch may have failed but this will keep the unit from firering. Check for a manual blower switch that may be on. At stat it should be at auto and alsso at the fan control. A stuck relay is always possible,

2004 Keeprite High Efficiency Furnace won't heat.

Do you have the model number? There is a problem with either the blower motor sensor or the ignitor. When the furnace get a signal for heat, the blower motor comes on and then the ignitor. If either one of those fail then it stops, waits and tries again. When the tech was there, if he did not replace any parts then he did not do his job. You can call them back out because the issue was not resolved or you can post the model number for us.

Lennox Fan will not come on when set to ''auto'' position.

Expensive is relative, service calls are never free. But if you have an idea what the problem is, you are armed against an unethical service company. Now to what you describe, could be a couple things, first let me explain the difference in fan speeds. Furnaces that both heat and cool have multi-speed blower motors. High speed is for cooling and lower speeds are for heating. The fan switch at the T-Stat turns on the high speed fan relay. The lower speed fan is turned on by either a temperature activated switch (silver box mounted on front on furnace above burners) or a time delay relay which is solid state. That being said, your problem could be a defective fan switch or one of your blower motor windings has gone bad. Most motors have 3 or 4 speeds and a technician could just change speeds and all would be good. A fan/limit switch is not so expensive that you would replace the unit. Bottom line, unless your really handy, a heating company is in your future. Good luck and please rate my answer if it was helpful to you.
