Place the TV on a flat bed preferably your mattress and look for the base mountings. The lock and base mount can be slid off and you can use a good wall mount that will support the weight to be fitted.

I bought this LG flat TV at Circuit City last week. TV is okay, but I was trying to hook up my portable DVD player and I can not make it work. I can hear the sound that coming out from the DVD but theres no picture from the screen. I believe my connection is correct, because there is the color coding which is red, yellow and white which you just connect at the back of the TV and at the DVD player.
Can anyone help me to figure out the problem. thanks a lot

You can have your plasma repaired using a TV Repair guy but often it costs as much as a brand new LCD. My daughter broke my $1,600 LCD. It would have cost $1,200 to fix.. so I just bought a new one. After that I picked up a TV screen protector called TV Armor http://www.tv-armor.com Its designed to protect the TV from damage. Now I dont have to worry anymore when she is playing near it. It works really well.

Put on the work gloves. Turn the Samsung rear-projection television around so that the back is facing you. Use the Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws from the bottom left, the bottom right and across the bottom of the TV. Remove the screws that are directly above the ones on the bottom left, the bottom right and the bottom of the TV. Put the screws aside
Insert the flat-edged screwdriver into the seam between the bottom plate and the back of the TV. Wiggle the flat-edged screwdriver into the seam to loosen the bottom plate. Remove the bottom plate and put it aside.
Locate the fan assembly inside of the TV at the left corner. Use the Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws from around the fan assembly. Put the screws aside.
