Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I cannot take credit for this one, but i bookmarked this a while back after a client had this problem. It's not the exact model, but i have used it on 3 different Canons and it worked.
1. Go to menu by pressing the > button
2. press [copy] and then #
3. go to 'test mode' by pressing > several times
when "test mode" is on the screen press the "ok" button.
4. now press 8 then 3 then 0
5. After that press the on/off button, everything should be fine now.
