Question about Breville RC16XL 6-Cup Rice Cooker
I have access to the Australian Owners Manual for this model if it would help.
Add water using the following ratios:
White Rice = 1cup water : 1cup rice
Brown Rice = 11⁄2 cups water : 1cup rice

1 cup rice and 2 3/4 cups water. A half teaspoon of salt is optional. Measurements are based on volume, so whatever measure you use, rice and water is always in a 1 to 2 3/4 proportion.
