Question about Rti Technologies Rti T1 Remote Control
It could be the charging cradle. I have the same problem with my remote. I emailed and called RTI, they only offer a 90 day warranty, so they told me to buy a new charging cradle or ship my charger to RTI to get a repair estimate. For the $ spent on a remote, I would think they would want to keep customers happy.
My advice is to not buy RTI again. Their customer service is ****

Try replacing the battery. If this does not fix the problem the charging circuit may be bad and need service. Go through your dealer if you purchased it that way and they may be able to provide you with a loaner while it's sent off to service. Or call RTI yourself and setup a service request. (952) 253-3136
